Pulsar Stat caculator

This tool was made to help me and my team figure out if a ship part was better than our current ship part.
The game would get harder the more times the ship jumped. So keeping up with the better parts was critical.
The Left side is our ship, and the right side is what ever we're comparing with. It's important to make sure the
modifiers are the same for both, it will give a score under the part, if the compared version is larger, then
it's objectiviely better. Some modifiers are negative, because the higher the number the worst it is.
